Yoki Cheese Bread Mix Enjoy the delicious taste of Cheese Bread with Yoki Cheese Bread Mix. Made with cassava starch and cheese powder, this mix provides the authentic texture and flavor of traditional Brazilian cheese bread. Easy to prepare, just add a few ingredients, and soon you'll have warm and flavorful cheese bread to enjoy with your family and friends.

INGREDIENTS:
Cassava starch, modified starch, vegetable fat, salt, hydrogenated vegetable fat,
glucose syrup, whole milk powder, whey powder, powdered cheese, butter, maltodextrin, yeast extract, flavoring
flavorings, acidity regulators lactic acid, dipotassium phosphate, disodium phosphate and sodium
sodium bicarbonate, emulsifier mono and diglycerides of fatty acids antioxidant alpha-tocopherol.

DOES NOT CONTAIN GLUTEN. CONTAINS LACTOSE.
ALLERGIC: CONTAINS MILK AND SOY DERIVATIVES.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Place the contents of the package in a medium-sized bowl and add 1/2 cup of cold water (100 ml) and two whole eggs. Mix well until all the liquid is absorbed.
  2. Knead the dough for 3 minutes or until it becomes homogeneous.
  3. Form small balls, leaving space between them.
  4. Preheat the oven to 180°C for 10 minutes.
  5. Bake the bread at the same temperature for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
