No. Our store is online. All purchases and payments are made on the website.

Credit / debit, and bank transfer.

DELIVERY
DO YOU DELIVER TO MONTRÉAL?
Every THURSDAY – from 10h00 to 18h00.
Attention: To receive your order on Thursday, checkout by Wednesday at 23:59. Orders placed after Thursday will be delivered the following week.
HOW MUCH IS FREIGHT IN MONTRÉAL?
We have a flat delivery fee of $10 for Montréal.
But here’s the good news: orders over $80 (before taxes) qualify for free delivery!

DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE MONTRÉAL?
Yes. We currently deliver on Thursday's, to:
Rive-Sud: Boucherville, Longueuil, St Bruno, Chambly, St Hubert, St Lambert, Brossard, La Prairie, Candiac, St Constant, St Catherine, St-Bruno-De-Montarville, Richelieu, Delson.
Deliveries every 15 days (Contact us to find out the next date): Laval.
Other cities with delivery scheduled monthly:
Sheerbrooke, St-Hyacinthe and Drummondville.
The delivery fee for these cities is $15.

MY CITY IS NOT ON THE DELIVERY LIST, NOW WHAT?
So it’s because we don’t receive demand in your region. It is important to ask us for delivery to your city, so that we can study the possibility of expanding deliveries in your locality. But you always have the option of shipping by Canada Post, which we send throughout Canada, or you can also select the option of pickup on site.
WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING FOR DELIVERIES OUTSIDE MONTRÉAL?
It will depend on the city. When you finish your purchase and enter your address, you will see the options for locations and freight for each one.
MY CITY IS ON THE EMPÓRIO BRASIL DELIVERY LIST, BUT WHEN I FINALIZE MY ORDER I DON’T SEE IT IN THE DELIVERY OPTIONS, NOW WHAT?
This can happen due to the number of Zip Codes that exist. Please contact us to check that your zip code is registered. You can contact us via e-mail or WhatsApp.
IN PERSONAL DELIVERIES, DO YOU TAKE FROZEN / REFRIGERATED PRODUCTS AS WELL?
Yes. We have thermal bags for your products. They arrive at the final destination in perfect condition.
AFTER PAYING FOR MY ORDER, I NOTICED THAT I SELECTED THE WRONG DELIVERY OPTION, WHAT DO I DO?
No problem, you can inform us of the error through our e-mail (contato@emporiobrasil.ca) or Whatsapp +1 (438) 528-7030 and make an Interac with the value of your freight.
HOW DOES CANADA POST SHIPPING WORK?
When you finalize your cart, you have three options for shipping via Canada Post: regular shipping, xpresspost and priority shipping. The more expensive, the faster it gets to your home. The amounts are charged by Canada Post itself, our website has a link to their system. Empório Brasil does not give the price. It is also worth noting that Canada Post does not deliver on the weekend, so if you order between Friday and Sunday, your box will not be shipped until the following week. In addition, we have a deadline of 24hrs from the order date for posting.
CAN I ORDER FROZEN / REFRIGERATED TO SHIP BY CANADA POST PRODUCTS?
We do not send refrigerated or frozen products through CanadaPost.

Of course! You can always send us a message asking for the products you would like Empório Brasil to make available. We will do our best to include it in our catalog, which is updated every week with new products.
THE PRODUCT IS APPEARING OUT OF STOCK, WHEN WILL IT COME BACK?
Every week we replenish the stock. If your product does not return in the next few days, it is either due to a shortage in the supplier or is on the way.
