FORNO DE MINAS - Traditional Cheese Rolls - 1kg
INGREDIENTS: Flour, water, pasteurized whole egg, minas cheese, cassava starch, soybean oil, whole milk powder, parmesan cheese, sour cream, salt, and whey.
ALLERGIC: CONTAINS EGG, MILK AND SOY DERIVATIVES. CONTAINS LACTOSE.
GLUTEN-FREE.
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Forno de Minas cheese bread is a raw product that requires cooking before consumption.
Straight from the freezer to the oven or electric fryer, without defrosting.
ELECTRIC OVEN / CONVENTIONAL OVEN
Preheat the oven for about 15 minutes at 180ºC.
Distribute the cheese rolls on a baking sheet, leaving a 2cm space between them.
Bake for approximately 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven when the cheese loaves are golden brown.
ELECTRIC FRYER / AIR FRYER
Preheat the Air Fryer for 3 minutes at 160ºC.
In the basket of the Air Fryer, keep a distance of about 2 cm between the cheese rolls.
Keep the temperature at 160ºC and the timer at approximately 14 minutes.
Stir the basket once or twice during cooking for a more even browning.
Remove the cheese loaves from the basket when they are golden brown or according to your preference. Serve immediately
TIPS
Do not use a microwave oven
Do not bake the cheese bread at:
Temperature below 180ºC (the cheese bread becomes hard);
In an unregulated oven (it burns on the bottom and turns white on the top);
And in a scorching oven (it browns and grows on the sides, but becomes raw inside).
There are differences between ovens and electric fryers, so adjust the preparation method to your oven or electric fryer.
To guarantee the product's quality, packages returned to the freezer must be well sealed.
