MANIOCA - Yellow Tucupi Sauce - 300ml
Tucupi is the star of Amazonian gastronomy and is obtained from the broth of the yellow manioc, which is seasoned and fermented to become what is called the seasoning of the 21st century.
It can be used in a variety of recipes, from preparing rice and broths to seasoning poultry, fish and seafood. It is 100% natural and animal-free.
Manioca follows a family tradition of producing Tucupi since 1972, a work started by Chef Paulo Martins and his mother Anna Maria. Now in a smaller package, it's ready to be used in a variety of recipes, from the simple to the more complex, just as Brazil's star chefs do, including Alex Atala, Claude Troisgros and Helena Rizzo.
